　　近年來，相繼曝光的一些醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域腐敗案件，揭示出一條流通環(huán)節(jié)“利益鏈”：有醫(yī)院某科室按照國內(nèi)耗材30%、進(jìn)口耗材25%、關(guān)節(jié)脊柱類耗材20%、創(chuàng)傷類耗材30%的比例，多次賬外非法收受供貨商回扣，這些水分最終都由患者與醫(yī)?；饋碡?fù)擔(dān)。

　　 不僅是心臟支架，其它高值醫(yī)用耗材價格往往都比較高。從出廠、各層級代理商、物流配送到醫(yī)院采購、使用，經(jīng)過的環(huán)節(jié)越多，中間費用就越高，價格也越高。

　　 從去年4月到今年11月，國家醫(yī)保局開展了大量調(diào)研和市場分析。
