《零售藥店醫(yī)療保障定點(diǎn)管理暫行辦法》自2021年2月1日起施行。

The "Interim Measures for the Administration of Medical Security in Retail Pharmacies" shall come into effect on February 1, 2021.

　　定點(diǎn)零售藥店提供藥品服務(wù)時(shí)應(yīng)核對(duì)參保人員有效身份憑證，做到人證相符。特殊情況下為他人代購(gòu)藥品的應(yīng)出示本人和被代購(gòu)人身份證。參保人員或購(gòu)藥人應(yīng)在購(gòu)藥清單上簽字確認(rèn)。

When the designated retail pharmacies provide drug services, the valid identity certificates of the insured persons shall be checked to ensure that the personal identification is consistent. Under special circumstances, those who purchase drugs for others should show their IDs and the IDs of the person being purchased. Participants or drug purchasers should sign on the drug purchase list for confirmation.

憑外配處方購(gòu)藥的，應(yīng)核驗(yàn)處方使用人與參保人員身份是否一致。

If you purchase drugs with an external prescription, you should check whether the identity of the person using the prescription is the same as that of the insured person.

　　《福建省餐飲服務(wù)從業(yè)人員佩戴口罩的規(guī)定》將于2021年2月1日施行。

The "Regulations on Wearing Masks by Food Service Practitioners in Fujian Province" will be implemented on February 1, 2021.

　　《規(guī)定》明確從事直接接觸入口食品工作的餐飲服務(wù)從業(yè)人員，在工作時(shí)應(yīng)規(guī)范佩戴清潔的口罩。餐飲經(jīng)營(yíng)主體應(yīng)當(dāng)接受社會(huì)公眾、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)以及媒體輿論監(jiān)督。違者最高罰款1000元。

　　 The “Regulations” specify that catering service personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food should wear clean masks when working. The main body of catering operations shall accept the supervision of the public, industry associations and media. Violators can be fined up to 1,000 yuan.
