《教育部關(guān)于做好2021年普通高校招生工作的通知》19日對外發(fā)布，要求2021年高考命題要堅持立德樹人，加強對學生德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的考查和引導。要優(yōu)化情境設計，增強試題開放性、靈活性，充分發(fā)揮高考命題的育人功能和積極導向作用，引導減少死記硬背和“機械刷題”現(xiàn)象。

對于備受關(guān)注的高考加分，烈士子女；在服役期間榮立二等功以上或被戰(zhàn)區(qū)(原大軍區(qū))以上單位授予榮譽稱號的退役軍人；邊疆、山區(qū)、牧區(qū)、少數(shù)民族聚居地區(qū)的少數(shù)民族考生；歸僑、華僑子女、歸僑子女和臺灣省籍(含臺灣戶籍)考生，有以上情形之一的考生，省級招委會可根據(jù)本地投檔錄取辦法決定，在其文化統(tǒng)考成績總分的基礎(chǔ)上增加一定分數(shù)投檔；達到高校投檔條件的，由高校審查決定是否錄取。同一考生如符合多項增加分數(shù)投檔條件的，只能取其中幅度最大的一項分值，且不得超過20分。此外，自主就業(yè)的退役士兵，可在其文化統(tǒng)考成績總分的基礎(chǔ)上增加一定分數(shù)投檔，分值不得超過10分。

除教育部規(guī)定的特定事項外，有關(guān)機構(gòu)只能將考生的高考成績信息提供給考生本人及有關(guān)投檔高校，不得向考生所在中學及其他任何單位和個人提供。要協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門和新聞媒體，嚴禁宣傳炒作“高考狀元”“高考升學率”“高分考生”等。各省級高校招生委員會要加大統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)，嚴禁各地政府、學校、培訓機構(gòu)以高考成績?yōu)闃藴湿剟罱處熀蛯W生。

Except for the specific matters stipulated by the Ministry of Education, relevant institutions can only provide candidates' college entrance examination results information to candidates themselves and the relevant colleges and universities, and not to the candidates' high schools or any other units or individuals. 教育部還要求做好考生和考務人員日常體溫測量和身體健康狀況監(jiān)測，按要求為每個考點配備防疫副主考，設置必要的隔離考場、隔離設施，配備充足的防疫物資。
