農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格，特別是“菜籃子”產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格，消費(fèi)者一直都非常關(guān)心，這是民生關(guān)注的一個(gè)焦點(diǎn)。中央農(nóng)辦主任、農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部部長(zhǎng)唐仁健介紹，豬肉從去年開(kāi)始我們就采取了多項(xiàng)措施來(lái)支持恢復(fù)生豬的產(chǎn)能，穩(wěn)定生豬生產(chǎn)和市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)。按原來(lái)的計(jì)劃，去年年底生豬存欄要恢復(fù)到正常年景，也就是2017年水平的80%，截至去年底，已經(jīng)恢復(fù)到92%以上，超過(guò)預(yù)期12個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。所以最近，尤其在“兩節(jié)”前后才能感到，在這樣的價(jià)格水平上，沒(méi)有像前些時(shí)期那么大幅度的增長(zhǎng)。現(xiàn)在市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)供求總體勢(shì)頭是好的。

下一步，隨著新增的生豬產(chǎn)能陸續(xù)兌現(xiàn)為豬肉產(chǎn)量，豬肉市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)最緊張的時(shí)期已經(jīng)過(guò)去，后期供需關(guān)系將會(huì)越來(lái)越寬松。預(yù)計(jì)今年一季度，也就是3月份前后，將比上年同期增長(zhǎng)四成左右。到二季度也就是6月份前后，生豬存欄可以恢復(fù)到2017年正常年景的水平。下半年，生豬出欄和豬肉供應(yīng)將逐步恢復(fù)到正常年景水平。
