按照地方傳統(tǒng),基本上是南方吃湯圓、北方吃元宵。然而,湯圓不等于元宵,它們是有很大差別的,你知道嗎?

元宵稍多放幾天或者冷凍后,就容易開裂,保質(zhì)期很短,所以通常都只有北方能夠現(xiàn)場制作、當(dāng)日售賣,更像過節(jié)有氣氛。

言歸正傳,很多朋友關(guān)心的才不是你到底叫湯圓還是叫元宵,而是到底吃哪個更好、不長胖!

首先,如果能夠接受咸口的湯圓(這個真的是看地域的),當(dāng)然優(yōu)先選擇。因為除了含鈉太高之外,鮮肉湯圓是所有口味中碳水化合物最少、蛋白含量最好的的,甚至脂肪含量還比甜口的略低。肉餡兒湯圓,湯中煮點綠葉蔬菜、蝦皮、香菇,都是不錯的選擇。
