據(jù)介紹，“十三五”以來(lái)，我國(guó)光纖寬帶用戶占比從2015年底的56%提升至現(xiàn)在的94%，千兆光網(wǎng)覆蓋家庭超1.2億戶，4G基站規(guī)模占全球總量一半以上。累計(jì)建成5G基站79.2萬(wàn)個(gè)，獨(dú)立組網(wǎng)模式的5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)已覆蓋所有地級(jí)市，我國(guó)初步建成全球最大規(guī)模的5G移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，5G終端連接數(shù)已達(dá)2.6億。行政村通光纖和4G比例均超99%，城鄉(xiāng)“數(shù)字鴻溝”明顯縮小。工信部副部長(zhǎng)劉烈宏說：“目前，我國(guó)固定寬帶和移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)端到端用戶體驗(yàn)速度分別達(dá)到51.2Mbps和33.8Mbps，較五年前增長(zhǎng)了約7倍。我國(guó)固定寬帶速率在全球176個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)中排名第18位，移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)速率在全球139個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)中排名第4位。”

工信部信息通信發(fā)展司負(fù)責(zé)人劉郁林介紹，為落實(shí)今年政府工作報(bào)告關(guān)于中小企業(yè)寬帶和專線平均資費(fèi)再降10%的精神，工信部在《“雙千兆”網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)同發(fā)展行動(dòng)計(jì)劃（2021-2023年）》中進(jìn)一步明確了具體的降費(fèi)工作任務(wù)。劉郁林表示：“面向中小企業(yè)開展企業(yè)寬帶提速惠企行動(dòng)，推出‘云+網(wǎng)+應(yīng)用’等融合產(chǎn)品優(yōu)惠，持續(xù)降低了企業(yè)用網(wǎng)用云成本，助力中小企業(yè)提升信息化水平；面向農(nóng)村的脫貧戶提出5折基礎(chǔ)通信服務(wù)資費(fèi)折扣；面向聽障人群推出暢聽王卡；面向老年人推出銀齡卡、孝心卡等。”
