夏季原本是“養(yǎng)陽(yáng)”的好時(shí)機(jī),此時(shí)人體陽(yáng)氣達(dá)到最旺盛時(shí)候,培補(bǔ)陽(yáng)氣能讓人體抵抗力更強(qiáng),冬天少生病。

在進(jìn)食冰冷食物的時(shí)候,由于食物與人體溫差大,會(huì)使胃黏膜下血管急速收縮,粘膜層變薄,經(jīng)常這樣的刺激容易導(dǎo)致慢性胃炎。
