不論是線下超市還是線上網(wǎng)店,打折促銷臨期食品已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)熱門(mén)趨勢(shì)。很多超市專門(mén)設(shè)置了臨期食品專柜,還出現(xiàn)了專門(mén)銷售臨期食品的小超市。那么很多人要問(wèn)了:臨期食品安全嗎?這個(gè)“便宜”能撿嗎?

臨界期限有6級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

臨期食品是指即將到達(dá)食品保質(zhì)期,但仍在保質(zhì)期內(nèi)的食品。2012年1月27日,國(guó)家市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理總局發(fā)文明確要求,食品經(jīng)營(yíng)者對(duì)即將過(guò)期的食品應(yīng)向消費(fèi)者做出醒目提示。也就是說(shuō),到了保質(zhì)期臨界期限的食品,需要告知顧客并單獨(dú)出售。
Temporary food refers to food that is about to reach the shelf life of the food but is still within the shelf life. On January 27, 2012, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued a document clearly requiring that food operators should make eye-catching reminders to consumers about food that is about to expire. In other words, foods that have reached the critical expiration date need to be notified to customers and sold separately.
北京市工商局也向外界公布了“食品保質(zhì)期臨界”的6級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):
The Beijing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce also announced to the outside world the 6-level standard for "critical food shelf life":
1.標(biāo)注保質(zhì)期1年或更長(zhǎng)的,臨界期為到期前45天(比如罐頭、糖果、餅干等)。
1. If the shelf life is 1 year or longer, the critical period is 45 days before the expiration date (such as cans, candies, biscuits, etc.).
2.標(biāo)注保質(zhì)期6個(gè)月到不足1年的,臨界期為到期前20天(比如方便面、無(wú)菌包裝的牛奶果汁之類)。
2. If the shelf life is 6 months to less than 1 year, the critical period is 20 days before expiration (such as instant noodles, aseptic packaged milk juice, etc.).
3.標(biāo)注保質(zhì)期90天到不足半年的,臨界期為到期前15天(比如一些真空包裝并冷藏的熟食品,速食米飯之類)。
3. If the shelf life is 90 days to less than half a year, the critical period is 15 days before expiration (for example, some vacuum-packaged and refrigerated cooked food, instant rice, etc.).
4.標(biāo)注保質(zhì)期30天到不足90天的,臨界期為到期前10天(比如一些滅菌包裝的肉食品,鮮雞蛋等)。
4. If the shelf life is 30 days to less than 90 days, the critical period is 10 days before expiration (such as some sterilized packaged meat products, fresh eggs, etc.).
5.標(biāo)注保質(zhì)期16天到不足30天的,臨界期為到期前5天(比如酸奶、一些點(diǎn)心等)。

6.標(biāo)注保質(zhì)期少于15天的,臨界期為到期前1~4天(比如牛奶、活菌乳飲料、主食品、未滅菌熟食、未滅菌盒裝豆制品等)。

價(jià)格打折,安全不能打折

臨期食品不就是快要過(guò)期的食品嗎?買東西的時(shí)候,人們更多習(xí)慣挑選日期新鮮的,還會(huì)有人故意去買臨期的?雖說(shuō)價(jià)格優(yōu)勢(shì)很吸引人,但吃了不會(huì)有什么問(wèn)題嗎?很多人最擔(dān)心的,就是臨期食品的安全性問(wèn)題。

而鮮牛奶、新鮮果汁、現(xiàn)做蛋糕或面包、冷鮮肉等短保質(zhì)期食物,通常需要冷藏保存,保質(zhì)期一般在3~30天不等。這類食物的保質(zhì)期通常比較嚴(yán)格,只要過(guò)了保質(zhì)期,微生物超標(biāo)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)會(huì)增加,那就不要吃了,這一類的臨期食品也請(qǐng)謹(jǐn)慎購(gòu)買。
