農(nóng)夫山泉股價(jià)年內(nèi)暴跌40% 鐘睒睒退出亞洲首富

近日，有網(wǎng)友曝光稱，農(nóng)夫山泉旗下拂曉白桃味蘇打氣泡水簡介上相關(guān)標(biāo)識(shí)出現(xiàn)了“拂曉白桃產(chǎn)自日本福島縣”等字眼。

Recently, some netizens have exposed that the relevant logo on the introduction of Nongfu Spring’s White Peach Flavored Soda Sparkling Water contains words such as “The Dawn White Peach is produced in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan”.

一石激起千層浪，該事件在網(wǎng)上掀起巨大風(fēng)波。很快，農(nóng)夫山泉做出了回應(yīng)。

One stone caused a thousand waves, and the incident caused a huge disturbance on the Internet. Soon, Nongfu Spring responded.

一方面，該公司稱“該產(chǎn)品的配料中沒有從日本福島進(jìn)口的成分。農(nóng)夫山泉產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)簽標(biāo)示符合相關(guān)法規(guī)要求，并無任何錯(cuò)誤或誤導(dǎo)”。

On the one hand, the company stated that “the ingredients of this product do not contain ingredients imported from Fukushima, Japan. The labeling of Nongfu Spring’s products meets the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and there is no error or misleading.”

另一方面，該公司稱“拂曉白桃原產(chǎn)于福島，風(fēng)味獨(dú)特，上世紀(jì)在我國已有引種。我們研發(fā)人員依據(jù)拂曉桃的獨(dú)特風(fēng)味，創(chuàng)制了類似拂曉桃風(fēng)味的產(chǎn)品，與拂曉桃產(chǎn)地沒有關(guān)聯(lián)”。

資料顯示，農(nóng)夫山泉于去年9月份在港交所上市。上市首日，其股價(jià)一度暴漲超80%。創(chuàng)始人鐘睒睒憑借2家上市平臺(tái)（加上A股公司萬泰生物），其身價(jià)超越馬化騰、馬云成為中國新首富。

Statistics show that Nongfu Spring was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in September last year. On the first day of listing, its stock price soared by more than 80%. Founder Zhong Suansui relied on two listed platforms (plus A-share company Wantai Bio), his worth surpassed Ma Huateng and Ma Yun to become China's new richest man.

浙江建德市場監(jiān)管局也通報(bào)了相關(guān)情況，表示執(zhí)法人員進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場檢查后，該氣泡水的生產(chǎn)原料無從日本福島縣采購的情況。

The Zhejiang Jiande Market Supervision Bureau also notified the relevant situation, stating that the raw materials for the sparkling water production were not purchased from Fukushima Prefecture, Japan after the law enforcement officers conducted on-site inspections.

隨著二級(jí)市場追捧，農(nóng)夫山泉在短暫盤整后繼續(xù)上漲，于今年1月8日最高漲至68.75港元，總市值一度高達(dá)超過7700億港元，鐘睒睒一度成為亞洲首富。

Since the peak in January, Nongfu Spring’s stock price has fallen by 40.29%, and the total market value has evaporated by approximately HK$311,737 million (approximately RMB 259.472 billion). Forbes real-time data shows that India's richest man Ambani is worth more than Zhong Sui-sui, who is no longer the richest man in Asia.

有業(yè)內(nèi)人士表示農(nóng)夫山泉估值過高，是導(dǎo)致股價(jià)回調(diào)的核心原因。最新數(shù)據(jù)顯示，農(nóng)夫山泉?jiǎng)討B(tài)市盈率達(dá)到73.63倍，仍然超過多數(shù)飲料制造企業(yè)的估值。例如，港股的康師傅控股（簡稱“康師傅”）最新動(dòng)態(tài)市盈率為17.39倍，統(tǒng)一企業(yè)中國（簡稱“統(tǒng)一”）最新動(dòng)態(tài)市盈率為18.94倍。

Some insiders said that Nongfu Spring’s high valuation was the core reason for the stock price correction. The latest data shows that Nongfu Spring’s dynamic P/E ratio reached 73.63 times, still exceeding the valuation of most beverage manufacturers. For example, the Hong Kong stock market’s Tingyi Holdings (hereinafter referred to as "Master Kong") latest dynamic price-earnings ratio is 17.39 times, and Uni-President China (referred to as “unification”) latest dynamic price-earnings ratio is 18.94 times.
